Payer policies
Centene, Ambetter and Wellcare clinical and payment policies
Centene does not publish one national policy library. Its plans publish policy state by state: Ambetter, its Marketplace brand, has a clinical and payment policy page for each state, and Wellcare, its Medicare brand, has state payment policy pages.
Start from the plan and state on the member's card, then open that plan's policy page. Policy numbers and effective dates are listed on each.

Centene in RCIntel
RCIntel's posted policy library does not include Centene policies yet. You can still work with any Centene policy today: upload the PDF to Payer Intelligence, and RCIntel parses it into sections and answers questions with page-level citations.
Ask a Centene policy a question
Upload a Centene policy to Payer Intelligence and ask it what you need to know. Every answer cites the section and page it came from.
Common questions
Why are Ambetter policies different from state to state?
Each Ambetter plan is a state plan, so Ambetter publishes its clinical and payment policies per state. Use the page for the state on the member's card.
