Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the RCI website or API, or by generating an API key, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using RCI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Beta and trial access
RCI is currently offered as a developer beta. Free trial keys are read-only, rate-limited, and time-limited, and are provided for evaluation only. We may change, suspend, or revoke trial access at any time. Service availability, data, and endpoints may change without notice during beta.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, including attempting to exceed rate limits through key rotation, scraping at scale, reverse engineering, or using the API to build a competing dataset. You are responsible for all activity under your API key and for keeping it confidential.
4. No medical or billing advice
RCI provides reference information about healthcare billing rules, codes, and payment calculations. It is not legal, medical, or professional billing advice. You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for claims, appeals, or patient care.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCI Health, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
